Is the Social Networking useful for the ranking in google? How many times should I send the backlinks to the FB and twitter?
Which tool do you used for the Social Networking?

It's always good for rankings, but it's confusing to know why and how if you don't know what you are doing. I know this from experience. And I might add that when you try to read threads where people understand this stuff and you don't it just gets more confusing.
