i created free Blog, then add an ebook freebie inside the post
i want to ask, if i submit my link with short description to 10 social bookmark sites, can i get fast traffic
i don't want any Seo, i neeed fast and direct traffic
is that Good strategy?

kinda but there are more "certain" methods rather than this. but yes. its fast

I don't believe this is decent traffic source at all. You may get few hits here and there, but in general this is low quality traffic, it is a bad idea to rely on it. Better invest your time in other channels.
