He is a Jr VIP and his account is active, so he is legitimate until proven otherwise

I don't know, but don't do business with users on Telegram. Chat with the user here on BHW so the moderators can read all the messages, and the user can't delete the chat like they can on Telegram.

He has just one review from a scammer so not enough "trust" for me...
