Google presently prefer 500 to 1k+ words content, If possible publish lengthy articles, It's definitely improve the ranking also you gain organic traffic,
And If you have maximum and quality content and this meet google Adsense guidelines, Surely you can apply for Google Adsense.

This without knowing it one cannot really tell you but ideally you should be targeting 500-1k words if Adwords approval is what you are targeting but after getting approved you may wish to continue with the 300 words but then again all comes down to your niche

Find KW to write an article.
Then analyze SERP and get other KW through the KW Everywhere tool
Create a headline using its main KW.
After it, It's time to create subheadings.
Then write intro para.
Then, fill in subheadings with unique content.
Summarize what you said in the post
Then FAQ (people also ask)

It totally depends on the niche. There are many niches like "quotes" where the word count is usually nothing, yet it ranks.

Once your website is established and as long as you are complying with Adsense rules, yes.
Hypothetically, yes, but whether or not you will actually rank depends on quite a lot of variables.
It's hard to say whether or not it will work for you.
