@Yes gave a perfect resource for this.
TL;DR it's perfect if you can maintain the same schedule regardless of the day of the week.
Go to bed at the same time, and wake up at the same time, Monday or Sunday.
There's no sleep bank, or catching up to do. You can't recover the hours you didn't sleep and the body has no clue about that.
If you drink coffee, you need 7 to 8 hours. If you're addiction free, 6 hours is perfect.
Less than 6 hours, you're killing yourself slowly both physical and mental.
An additional resource recommended by Huberman would be this
I do it 2-3 times a week whenever I feel sleepy but don't want to sleep.
If you're having problems getting up on the weekends, or feeling lazy, get some sun in your eyes first thing in the morning, and try to look up in the sky. Also walk, outside or inside. The fact that your eyes see forward movement will help your brain signal you it's waking up time, not sleepy time.
