Site flipping isn't dead, it's just evolved. The era of building thin content sites, slapping on Adsense, and flipping for 40x monthly revenue is fading. Google’s updates are killing low-value content and mass-produced affiliate blogs. But if you adapt, there's still real money in it.

yeah google updates have shortened site lifespans but site flipping isn’t dead. it’s still doable fulltime if you focus on clean seo, low risk niches and flip fast before traffic drops

I had no idea what this was until just now, always like to learn something new. Fascinating that this niche exists, however with some quick research it does look like it's pretty big still.
 
is not dead, but you need a good strategy and actively promote your offer!
 
Website reselling is still a good idea, but you should not just focus on Google. Instead, you should keep up with current events and focus on platforms with sufficient traffic.
