I have been reading a lot about SEO recently and read a lot of case studies at different sites.

Brian Dean's Backlinko doesn't have a Silo Structure (anymore).

His link structure is direct :- backlinko.com/post-name-here

According to him, shorter the link/url better for seo.

    Shorter url is better.

Silo structure is powerful, just do it and you will see.

I will never forget the first time I did it. Got over night results, BIG rank increase across all keywords big and small.

Is it needed? No, but I HIGHLY recommended it.

Right. Thanks for sharing your experience.
I am too in the same opinion of having a silo structure.
