Is shadowban still a thing if you bot on your main? not showing up on hashtag, lower engagement rates, etc

Yes, although IG is now more subtle about it. No longer does it remove you from hashtags entirely, but it lowers your content engagement instead by lowering the discovery by putting it lower on the gallery.
