its very annoying to track my keyword rankings, whenever i wanna see my rankings its not updated & showings keywords are in queue even though i purchased their 1 bot.
is serplab died?

I use free and it is at capacity right now. They had this issue before but usually paid for accounts are fine. Most likely the free ones will stop updating for a while and they will sort out the paying customers. They also had an issue with servers, possibly a recurrence.
No problem for free customers, I would be narked if I paid for the service!

If you purchased a bot then it depends on the number of keywords and how often you set it to check.
