Is serphacker.com reliable?

I'd like to know serphacker.com (the software they provide) is reliable or not...

I tried checking the pricing on their SpiderLog software and gave me this "The service is suspended for an indefinite period of time," but the Serposcope seems to be open-source. If you have Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise, you can test it in Windows Sandbox.
