What if a competitor recognized that I was using this and decided to begin searching for porn & pharm terms. Would the script auto-create those pages?

For this there is something in the admin panel called Block list

Block list:
All words you enter in this list will be blocked from searches , so the search won't happen if someone include one of these words in his search (He will receive a message about the reason)

If you messed with the design and can't get it back , just replace the design files with the original ones.

This should not hurt your database or w/e :)

Yeah that can also help , we have many customers using adsense , and me personally have adsense on my sites using it.

Yes , in you admin panel you can easily put there your CPA widget code , OR link to any other offer
