We see but we just can't prove it. Hire a freelancer threads from 1 post account gets filled with custom replies in one second feels like this is done by the same users or seller. But can't prove it. Even if you copy paste the same reply in every HAF thread it still requires around 15-20 seconds to open the notification and thread and reply.
Since Reports also need a bit of proof. Only speculations can't help.

Are you aware about the Watch button and what does? By clicking the watch button in any subforum you will get a notification everytime a new thread is created . I used this feature in the past when I was a seller to be the first or one of the first(S) in comment in HAF - WTB threads..
That's what they are doing to reply so fast.. There is no automation tool, trust me. There is no tool there, just system features.
You say it yourself, you have to wait a certain amount of time ( from 20-30 secs) to respond between threads, meaning it's real activity from real users who are quite active on the forum at certain times of the day...
There is no evidence that it is the same person either. We cannot act without proofs, and we search for proofs, always...
I ( WE ) know that some replies are AI generated, we've talked about AI many times, It is allowed as long as it does not break any rules. If you see a post or topic breaking any rules or believe it may be doing so, please report it and the staff will promptly address it.
I may not be the best person to give this type of answer, but I think it's important to clarify doubts and make things clear.
At least some people have switched platforms. And not promoting these on BHW to make the junk tail follow.
Fully agree. But some moderators and admins rather close a "suggestions and feedback" thread. I guess they are instructed to do so.
That's often working fine for individual posts but does not resolve the underlying issues at all. This causes frustration and I am asking myself why I should do it when there are moderators around. BHW can be a community but this requires both sides to be (pro-)active.

The team of moderators and staff is tasked with several things at once daily, so sometimes things can take a while, but whenever action is needed, it is taken. You can share your frustration. I'm listening, and we'll be waiting for your response and find a way to help you.

Threads that are closed are usually because they don't have much interaction or because they've been answered elsewhere.
