Many marketers say ranking on Bing is easier compared to Google.
For those doing SEO, have you noticed a difference in ranking difficulty?

Yes, seo is easier, rankings are easier the problem is low traffic and lack of trust, so less sale.
Here's another problem, not being number 1 choice for search.
For example many people go to bing if they can't find information on google. The important thing here is information which means they are looking for informational content not commercial or transactional hence even less sales.

Yes, Bing is generally easier to rank on since competition is lower, but the traffic volume is also much smaller than Google.

Yes, in my experience Bing is usually easier to rank on than Google because it has less competition and different ranking signals, so pages can rank faster with basic SEO compared to Google.

bing's way less competitive so yeah easier to rank but traffic's like 10% of google's worth it though

it used to be easier, it still is, however the traffic most times is very low making it irrelevant to think about it.

Google is obsessed with authority sites and even ranks irrelevant pages from authority sites than giving way to quality content from low authority sites. So, Bing seems easy for low/medium authority sites. However, Bing acts like a cheap version of Google and does the exact same thing by ranking tens of irrelevant pages from authority sites burying other sites beyond reach. You can easily start ranking on Bing but you'll soon realise that ranking on Bing won't make any difference.

Yes! Many SEOs find Bing easier to rank on because it’s less competitive, favors exact keywords, and is more forgiving with backlinks. Google is harder due to high competition, advanced algorithms, and focus on content quality and user intent. Bing can be a quick win, but Google still drives most traffic.

bing actually converts decent for certain niches, older demographics specifically. been running a few affiliate campaigns where bing traffic outperformed google traffic in terms of conversion rate, even with a fraction of the volume.

the traffic mix matters more than people think. if your offer targets people 35+, bing's audience skews that way naturally. so yeah easier to rank AND better converting in some cases. worth testing if you're already doing seo work anyway.

From my quick automated rank checks, Bing usually rewards relevance a bit faster, but traffic is far smaller than Google. If your niche has enough volume to justify it, you can grab some easy wins there, but don't ignore Google. The real wins come from good content and intent, not the engine. I'd test both with a light tracking script and see where you actually convert.

Bing is easier to rank on thanks to lighter competition, but the trade-off is a much smaller pool of traffic compared to Google.

Bing is often considered "easier" than Google because its ranking mechanism adheres to traditional SEO factors such as exact match keywords, meta tags, and social media signals, rather than being as strict about semantics and user intent as Google. Additionally, due to significantly lower competition on Bing, you can quickly achieve high rankings if you optimize your on-page SEO effectively, making it fertile ground for attracting additional traffic with less effort.

Some of the older blackhat strategies still work on Bing that dont in Google. PBN's still work well for me on Bing. On some of my whitehat sites many posts are getting ranked in Bing faster than google. Also if your running ads going with Bing is usually cheaper also. Yes less traffic and doenst convert as well in some cases but if your getting outbid in google or elsewhere its a good alternative.

bing usually feels easier since competition is lower and it still values exact keywords and older SEO signals more. traffic is smaller than Google though, so it works best as an extra source, not your main one

Yes, for most people bing is easier than google, not because it's worse, but because its rules are clearer and more traditional, while google has become a complex beast full of artificial intelligence and constant updates that even experts sometimes don't understand, bing still rewards tried and true methods like using exact keywords in titles and having a clear page structure.

The main reason it's easier is that Bing results are more predictable, if you optimize your page well with keywords in the headings and descriptions, and keep the content fresh, you can see results faster, many people report that their new pages appear on bing within hours, while on google it can sometimes take weeks, furthermore, bing gives you tools like the site explorer, which are very visual and easy to use to understand how the search engine sees your site, and the IndexNow protocol to notify it of your changes instantly.

Ranking is definitely easier on Bing because it still relies heavily on older signals like exact match domains and keywords, but the trade-off is much lower traffic and often lower conversion rates compared to Google.

Yes, it's easier to rank on Bing because it gets less traffic than Google. But it's easier to get traffic and make sales on Google, so people prefer to use it instead of Bing.

Yes many SEO find ranking on Bing easier than Google.
Bing has less competition and relies more on exact keywords and backlinks while Google focuses heavily on content quality, user intent, and authority. So beginners often see quicker results on Bing, but Google brings more traffic long-term.

Yes, Bing SEO feels easier sometimes, just focus on keywords, backlinks, and simple site structure.

Bing is easier and google is very complicated but when you are ranked on Google, sales and exposure is surely what you will get.
