Is SEO a good career in 2022?

If you are a complete newbie then you have got a long learning curve ahead. SEO in 2022 is no longer the goose that used to lay golden eggs.
 
The main question is, could this be something you really enjoy to do? Or do you only see it as a valid method to earn more money?
 
I work as a SEO marketeer for a agency which brought me a lot of knowledge. What I like about this, is that I can learn on the job and implement new knowledge into my affiliate projects. Me and my best mate work for the same agency, live in the same apartment and work together on our projects.

nothing comes easy, its long hours and hard work . lots of hard work.

SEO is advance online business, if you plan to rockstar that business.

If you just plan to resell the services (link building, and so on), then your actual focus is on marketing / reselling and not actually doing the SEO work.

Seo is good industry gives you lot to learn , but in 2022 lot' s of experts are there in this field , so if you want to build your carrer in seo you have to be gain lot of experience of this field

Yes, I know about SEO but it's not enough to be an expert. This is why I have joined this community to learn something new and keep myself updated with SEO knowledge. Thanks!

That's the mindset! What worries me is when newbies come here thinking that SEO is some get-rich-quick thingie. I am glad you're prepared to do whatever it takes to succeed. That's the spirit.

I cringe when people open threads saying; I have got my first SEO client, what do I do now?

They have no idea and are quite happy to test on paying clients sites.

Welcome to the forum the days of easy SEO were 10-15 years back
 
yeah it is but now there are more hurdles in this field, in 2022 lots of experts are there in this field.
