Is Sendinblue lifetime deal worth on Appsumo?

I just saw a Sendinblue lifetime deal around $80

is it worth it? What are the cons? Can they ban us if we run blackhat campaigns?

Definitely not for blackhat stay away.
If you have your genuine list or are planning to do it the tight way through optin forms it's a super deal.
They have good inboxing rates but they will also ask you lots of questions if they want.
I had to switch from them as I had around 15% hard & soft bounces and they suspended my account.

Not completely blackhat. Just say for running affiliate campaigns of some software, plugin, themes etc.

That should work I never had any issues with delivery their service is good quality.
BTW you can also check others like mailjet that I am currently using free plan gives 200 emails a day.
