Is selling YouTube monetised channel legal? Can legal authorities or YouTube take an action against the seller for this?

Yes, it's legal since it's considered a bit as personal property, same as domain names.
 
Why not? I sold tons of them and yet still standing free :)
 
Legal refers to the law of the land, so this is nothing to do with being legal or not.

Does it conform with YTs / Googles T&Cs? That is the question.
 
It is not abiding to YouTube (Google) Terms of Services, hence the buyer will run into the risk of getting his account suspended - which has already happened to many people in the past.
 
They won't know if you sold/bought an youtube channel,you are totally free to do this.
 
Tell me a reason why do you think that selling a youtube channel is illegal.
 
Won't be a problem unless the phone numbers used for verification isn't yours.
 
of course it's not legal in the eyes of youtube but who cares, they wouldnt know if you are selling an account or not
 
Yes it's legal also many people here or on facebook groups are already selling
 
I don't think it's illegal. surely you can sell youtube accounts.
 
You can sell them, you won't go in jail for this, but YouTube may ban the accounts.
