Is selling tweets against Twitter's policy?

Although I have a thread in the market place, I wonder if Twitter allow actually putting it in your profile that you sell tweets? I see some profiles with things such as:

"For Promotion email: [email protected]"
"Buy a tweet: {link}"

I just wonder if Twitter frown upon it?

I would not recommend putting that on your twitter profile.

Neither would I to be honest, I've just never been able to find a yes or no answer.

Some celebs have been known to sell tweets and Twitter have turned a blind eye.
