Is selling social boosts illegal?

I was planning on reselling IG/FB likes/followers from an SMM panel on my own site (EU).

But most people in my country use a specific online payment method which requires me to have a legit company in order to implement it. This isn't a problem as I already own an IT company in the chamber of commerce.

The question I've got is actually is it juristically seen "illegal" to sell such services or can I get sued by the big companies for doing this? (as my name is bound to my company name)

I guess it depend on your country but i think if u get an LLC and work like a social marketing company u won't have any problems.
