Is selling multiple ebooks on your site a good idea?

I want to create ebooks and sell them. I don't want to have to create 1 site for 1 ebook. I want to create 1 site and have different landing pages for each ebook I want to sell. Will this damage my SEO by not having each ebook keyword in the main domain?

For example:

mafiaebooksdotinfo selling different ebooks on different landing pages INSTEAD of howtomakemoneyquickdotinfo selling only 1 ebook about how to make money quick.

Get what I'm saying? Anyways, let me know what you think about this. I've searched google and have found that when looking for ebooks you can still hit ebook selling sites that are selling multiple ebooks.

Thanks!

In my opinion there's no right or wrong questions to what you asked.

As you may have noticed (even in methods provided here) it's all about testing and see what you can get out of it.

If you can't make a decision and that's what's making you not go for it and taking action think about you'r personal preference:

Would you rather go to a website selling one ebook rather than one selling a bunch of them?

It's a much larger investment (depending on the quantity of ebooks we're talking about) to make 1 by 1, but if you have the money for it why don't you try to do both methods?

Cheers

If you're doing SEO, I'd personally go with multiple websites, just to diversify. With 1 website you'd lose it all if you were to get penalized.

if the ebooks are related in topic there shouldn't be much problem with selling all of the ebooks on the same website... at the same time is not wise to sell books that are unrelated on a single site because that can really dissolve your demographic (image if you are selling books about relationships and how to cure warts on the same website, just an example).
