I mean that FACTORY unlocks.. The one that puts IMEI on AT&T white list..

Is it ?
Can you go to jail? Get a fine?

Thanks

not unless they can prove its stolen but i can tell you 100% that apple won't care

Well it's not stolen... It's just being listed in data base

If you report on tax form that you sold iPhone unlocks is like selling contra ban ? Would the IRS care?

if its a one off phone, you dont need to worry, a lot of people on ebay do this -

One off phone = 1 time thing?

No it isn't. It's done hundreds of times.

I know many people do it on eBay.. But maye they're all doing illegal..

In theory you don't even own the iPhone, the iPhone owns you.

I dont think anyone will care even if it was illegal to sell. I see people selling them all the time, probably find thousands from searching google

You are not breaking any laws by unlocking the phone and selling it as long as you own it. The US government actually declared it legal back in 2010. I would post a link to the article, but I haven't been a member for long enough. :(
