Can i just create some designs with family guy characters and sell them on teespring?
If not what else can I do?

I have several social media family guy accounts and want to monetize them in the future

those are copyrighted so no, you can't sell the images.

They will definitely be copyrighted. You could edit images, so that the final image looks new and original. Or you could use popular phrases and slogans from the show.
