Is self owned PBN really good ?

I want to know is it worth to won a PBN

example : $800 to investment.

A. Self owned PBN - 10 blog included domain, hosting and content, then your reference domain is 10

B. Buy guest post or others PBN links - $40 each, then I can have 20 reference domains

I think reference domains is more is better if same DA/PA etc.

So, I don't think self owned PBN is good and it need maintenance fee in long run

Yes, you are right. It all depends on your budget and overall GOAL.

Buying PBN links is always a good idea. You have no liability.

Of course it is, you have full control over your links and you know for sure you are not on some link farm (what 90% of all public PBNs is)
