IS SELF HELP A YMYL TOPIC?

It has a few high DR backlinks, but definitely not enough for Google to trust me. I def think my content is 2-3x better than most garbled bullshit spewed by "professionals" that are writing to make a quick buck. Type in any self-help phrase and you'll be seeing advice from old fucks who are a bunch of suits thinking they're qualified to give life advice.

The difference between me and them is that I've been through all the bullshit. I've climbed out from the dirt, multiple times. If there was anyone on earth capable of helping anyone, it's me, but for now I realize the niche isn't profitable and I'm focusing on affiliate sites.
How'd you get on with this? Did you get any more traction? I am looking at getting into this niche but am concerned about it being YMYL. Unfortunately it seems like all the niches I'm knowledgeable of are YMYL :weep:

YMYL sites require more E.A.T. but every site needs E.A.T., it's used in every query.

Even a meme sharing site or a site teaching you to play guitar needs a good amount of E.A.T. proof (offsite, not written by you).

Read the rater handbook, the meme and guitar examples were theirs, not mine.
