i never really stop liking and watching videos on my accounts,pretty sure if you just upload and then quit the app,you gonna be shadowbanned (im using them for a longterm use)
 
I think doing a little scrolling and liking helps your account look more real, even after the first few days.

After the initial phase of warming up, you are under no obligation to continue daily perusing and liking. To make the account appear real, the first few days of involvement are purely for that purpose. Maintaining a regular publishing schedule can then be your primary concern. You dont have to push likes after the first days. Once the account looks naturally active, regular scrolling and consistent uploads are more than enough.

After warming up, you don’t have to keep scrolling and liking every day. The first 1–2 days of normal user activity are usually enough for most accounts. After that, consistently uploading and behaving normally (no spam patterns, no mass actions) matters more than daily engagement actions.


Some people still do a few likes per day just to keep the account “human,” but it’s not required if your uploads look natural.
 
After the first couple of days, the accounts behavior pattern is already set. As long as you keep a bit of normal browsing in the mix uploading without extra engagement wont hurt anything.

i mean these platforms don't like bot like behaviour. maybe you can try setting up a new one and let it sit 1 day without liking and see.

Ongoing light scrolling and engagement is usually recommended, as going upload only too quickly can look unnatural on newer accounts

From my experience, after you warm up the account and it actually gain a consistent number of views, it is considered successful.
Then you doesn't have to like and scrolling anymore, just upload with your consistent schedule for TikTok to get familiar with your content to suggest it to viewers.

I have never seen an account that get any less views because it is not liking and scrolling after the warm up. TikTok or any other platform is not really look into the account that deep to decide suggesting more views for you or not.

stopping cold after 2 days is a footprint; you should maintain some level of human-like activity even after you start uploading.
 
a quick 5-10 minute session of random scrolling and interacting daily helps the platform see the account as a real user rather than a bot.
