Is scrapebox worth it?

I knew that xrumer made nothing for me. Yes I had profiles set up but no backlinks from them, not in Google and not in Yahoo.

With scrapbox, it's different. While I had no backlink in Google from it, I had some with Yahoo. But it didn't make any difference in SERP or PR.

So, I wanted to test something. I had a brand new site/domain and I made a 20,000 SB blast.
On the 20,000, I had about 5,600 backlinks in Yahoo and 0 in Google at top after about 10 days. now, about 30 days later, they're all gone. 0 in yahoo and still 0 in Google.

So, I'm not sure about the usefulness of SB to be honest...

Any thoughts?

Scrapebox should be in everyones inventory (Near the top).

It is essential for your total backlink needs. I wouldnt just use it by itself but I agree with the previous comment that it should be a stable for your offpage linking strategy. Its only $100 bucks!!

For me is a bit different. I see 180k links in webmaster tools for one of my test domains (heavy blasting was done) and yahoo only reports 16k links.

Yes links die over time, so you need to keep some kind of link velocity.

There's a lot more to scrapebox than you can imagine. Not only does it have all the cool features that make it an awesome comment poster, but it is useful when you develop your site into a huge network with many different link structures to power. Hands Down this is the second most important tool that I own, right next to seo power suite. You can make all the links that you want, but if your not doing your keyword research, you might as well be dripping links into the ocean.

Once you figure it out though, it is a super useful tool. The trick is to download every attachment that you can find straight away. You can actually kill a site with comment spamming though, so I prefer to run no more than 300 links per month, per site, and I miss the google link spam penalty by a few, and gain a lot quickly.

This thing can help you find other proxies for running several other programs, if you are trying to see what your competition is and rank them all in one, you can do that, and it has a really cool little chess application for when it's tied up posting, and your too lazy to go to another computer and get some real work done. lmao

all in all, you can't go wrong, and if you go to scrapebox's website, you can actually put a forward slash on the end of that and type BHW behind it to get to the bhw page, where its only 57 instead of hundreds

I bought it two weeks back. Its really gr8 tool to have.

yeah its worth it, because of its multiple use and addons

I bought SB a few weeks ago, but still have no time to work tightly with it
In reference to Xrumer. Links from profiles are hard-indexed, try to ping the list of your profiles.
But I still don't understand how it possible to have over 5k links and during a month they all are gone

IT IS worth it, well if it was THAT easy to "just blast" & get backlinks than SB would cost 1000$ or everyone would buy it lol, you just need to use it smart, don't just "direct blast" random stuff to it lol. Use smart strategies such as harvesting for .Edu's and high PR's or blasting Web2.0's Tier1/2

Do you guys need to buy/pay for proxies? Or are they included somehow, which I doubt though?

I bought SB 3 days ago, I had the same thought that people always buy proxies I was like "FFS" -_- well, after trying to use free proxies I decided the same day to BUY 10 proxies (18$/month from SquidProxies) :croc:

SB is just an investment, the proxies are additional so yea, if you get them cheaper than 20$/month for 10 then that is a good start, go out on fiverr or something & earn back that money

Yes it came with proxies but they are all public proxies...You can buy it from fiverr which will get you 4 proxies at $5 .use as many as you want at this rate which is quite cheaper as well

SB is the best soft you can buy for $57

Its worth every penny. Awesome tool.

Just gotta learn the software, and it's worth way more than the price tag.. I'm still learning the ins and outs myself
