Hit up their support... you'll get a response. It may not be super fast but for the price of the tool, it's hard to think they would be working 24/7.

YES DEAD , left this tool and switched to rankerx

Ranker x is a great tool you should try that instead

Scrapebox is still running, but its no longer as effective. If you’re using it for data scraping or research, it can still be useful, but for automated link building, it doesnt work as well anymore.

After Google's latest HTTP request blocking and forced JS rendering, it’s not as useful as it used to be. However, if you plan to use on scraping other search engines, it's still a good choice.

Scrapebox is still working for scraping Google.

There’s other choices. I also use A-parser which I find to be infinitely better than scrapebox for many things (like scraping search engines and social media) since it comes with many more built in scrapers. Not just search engine scrapers. Scrape box also has tools that aren’t available in a-parser I use regularly.

You can also make your own scrapers with zennoposter. I do. I find it to be far more effective than anything else. The built in anti detect browser is second to none. But you do need to know about programming, browser fingerprinting, and coding languages like JavaScript, and c#. Both very helpful. Also regex knowledge is sometimes mandatory for making your own scrapers with zennoposter.

It really just depends on what you’re trying to do. What your needs are. I do a lot of scraping that doesn’t just have to do with search, account creating, and posting so I use all those tools. There’s not one tool that can do all I do except for zennoposter. It could do everything. But time is money and if there’s premade stuff I’d rather buy it than make it unless necessary.

Interesting, I have an A-Parser licence from 2015 but I never really clicked with it's workflow. Time to revisit it methinks!

They finally came out with english documentation and forum. A-parser is very good

Ranker X is not the same as scrapebox. Why do people keep saying that? Not even close

BAS is not even near the same level of software as zennoposter. Unless you’re just automating things on your own websites where you don’t need an antidetect browser built in.

There’s a reason why BAS is free and Zennoposter is paid. That’s because zennoposter is professional software for professionals with premium tools and experience. BAS does not compete with zennoposter, except that it is an automation framework. It is not comparable to zennoposter except for that. So we could also compare python? Yes but only in that regard. Python does not come with an antidetect browser either. Or many other tools found in zennoposter.
