Is safety on Pinterest?

My top-level domain was blocked on Pinterest. I create a new business account on Pinterest and verified with second-level domain.
Now I found the Tailwind can pin image from website with top-level domain.
This method is safety?

That's weird, but i think even if they pin it users won't have access to the website
