Yes, it's still worth it, but you need to know what you're doing) Also it depends on the type of offers you're trying to promote. Sometimes FB has a better convertion rate. Tiktok as well. It really depends. But it's still worth it to run ads on Google even if it's quite harder. You need cloaking and good accounts to run ads on them.
Yeah, Google is tough on nutra, so results can be hit or miss. Some still make it work with very clean setups, but other platforms with lighter restrictions sometimes perform better. Interested to hear what others have experienced.

It’s extremely difficult to run ads in this niche on Google. Even if you manage to get them approved, optimizing costs is crucial. I strongly recommend you think carefully before going down this route.

I would recommend running Facebook ads. The traffic conversion is much better and higher there, I don't know why, but it's a fact. Secondly, it's easy to bypass domain moderation there with cloaking. There are lots of ready-made solutions, and you can run ads without moderation. Roughly speaking, you can run absolutely any creative without the risk of being blocked.

I agree with the majority here that running Nutra offers on Google can be quite challenging due to their strict policies. However, if you're determined to test the waters, using an agency account from a third-world country as a trial run could be a viable option. You can place such ads on Google, but it's very difficult because they are blocked almost immediately. I recommend trying Facebook Ads because there you can run ads with cloaking to bypass moderation.

Try launching Facebook. We launch Facebook and encounter fewer blocking issues than with Google or TikTok Ads. And the results from Facebook are much better.

Running Nutra ads on Google Ads can be difficult because Google has very strict policies. You can try native ad platforms instead, as running ads there is usually easier compared to Google.

nutra on google is still gold mine but setup is a headache. u can't just run it directly, u need solid cloaking and high quality whitepages or u get banned in mins. if u have budget for testing and good landers then yeah its worth it. otherwise try native ads like taboola/outbrain, way less bans but lower quality traffic usually.
