I’m new to this and still figuring things out. Just wondering—has anyone had any success promoting IPTV on Reddit? I’ve seen some subs where people seem interested, but I’m not sure if it’s actually worth the effort or just a waste of time.

Not looking to break any rules, just curious if anyone has tried it and whether it led to real traffic or sales.

Thanks in advance!

It's not easy for newcomers because reddit has many restrictions and won't allow you to post. You also need to wait for a good minute to leave a comment. Secure tools need to be used to prevent the platform from blocking you, such as a fingerprint browser.

If you don’t cloak it right, Reddit will eat you alive lol.

Don't worry about cloaking,. there's no need to link. Instead focus on brand name menetions instead. Works extremely well.

It was... Until they nuked every sub Reddit that mentioned it, even r/IPTVeditor, a sub for a tool that lets you curate streams and add EPG haha

If you find the right communities, anything can be shilled on Reddit. The main issue is keeping your accounts alive because reddit’s anti-spamming algorithm is notorious for shadowbanning accounts for next to nothing.

It works but space is too competitive right now

There's plenty of high paying niches that are untouched

From what I have seen Reddit is very strict with new accounts and removes posts very quickly. Has anyone here managed to get consistent results or is it mostly too much risk for too little reward?

Some people get traffic on Reddit, but it’s tricky—many subs ban promotions. If you try, focus on adding value first and subtly mentioning your service. Otherwise, it can be more time-consuming than it’s worth

Reddit can work, but it’s hit or miss. A lot depends on the community and how you engage—if you just drop links, you’ll get ignored or banned. Sharing helpful content and joining conversations first usually gets better results.

Reddit is a good place to promote pretty much everything you can think off if you know the right subs to hit. It’s still by far one of the best platforms out there in terms of conversion rate, that’s one of the main reason that it’s so hard to actually spam there.
