Dunno why his threads and posts are being deleted, but:
2 out of the 3 wires we owe you have been sent on time. The one we currently owe you consists of 71 orders, but we had a deposit issue with about 19 of them so we were delaying it until we had these orders, so it's been delayed by about 4-5 days. Was going to update you once we had the issue resolved (which it now is as of last night) so you had nothing to worry about, rather than just telling you there was a problem.

Yes, receiving money through Western Union is completely safe and you don't really need to worry about anything.

after my posts, Artizhay finally wrote me (after having avoided to answer my emails for 3 weeks). let's wait a few days and see if he's really going to send the money as promised.
Artizhay: if you don't want to be treated as a scammer, don't behave like one. Answer emails in a reasonable time (which is 1-2 days, not weeks), provide articulated answers and you will avoid all these problems.

Western Union Moneygram both cannot be used to send money from india its hard to send money from india using these methods

still very difficult to communicate with Artizhay. A bunch of orders have not been processed, and still have not received all the money.

he just told that he sent a wire. No wire details given. Not arrived yet, we will check again on Monday.
I notice that Artizhay likes more to talk with you people here on the forum or privately via skype rather than with his clients.
I know that sending money through Western Union can be a scam. Additional thought on this matter:
When someone offers you more than your asking price, I would say that it's VERY suspicious, not just a little suspicious.
Receiving money thru Western Union should be OK, if the transaction indeed does go through, you are getting cold hard cash from the window.
You are quite correct that receiving a check is fraught with high risk, because the check is likely a forgery.
The likelihood is that the "buyer" will ask you to send the item first, or he will send a "mover" or a "friend" to pick it up - before he sends the money through Western Union. He will provide some kind of "tracking number" that purports to show the money is on the way. This is of course a classic scam.

update on Artizhay: 3 wires received, only 2 statements provided. The statements don't match the wires.
But the main issue is that Artizhay doesn't answer emails.

It also creates problems in our own internal transactions confirmation process where we are left with a large backlog of unknown transactions where we don't necessarily want to send a "credit card not received" email just in case it has been inactual fact already processed. still no answers from Artizhay. It's impossible to work with this guy. He might not be a scammer, but he's not 100% honest. So he's either a wannabe scammer or a wannabe businessman, in any case it's better to avoid him.

i thing its safe ..that why all are using i tried i revived safe and fast for receiving trust able but for sending it make have issue ....
