I plan to move all my stuffs from IG to twitter.
All what I do is a nice bio + link and following people.
Does it gets good results on twitter also?

Yes, it does. I did this and currently my account is at 40k followers. It just takes a lot of time and work, like everything else in this business.

basically this, user engagement on instagram is a lot bigger than on twitter
if you want to see the same results, you'll need a lot more followers on twitter than what you need on instagram

but yea, why not do both?!

Keep both. Just remember, Instagram is better for branding while Twitter is better for link spamming.
