Is really need some reviews to start at upwork ?

It's more difficult when you're just starting but just use it to your advantage

In my cover letters, I started by hyping up my '4+ years of professional writing experience' (not true) and mentioned that I was switching over to Upwork to find new clients. Tell them that since you are trying to build up your resume on Upwork so you are doing a few jobs beneath your typical pay grade in order to gain job experience on your profile.

Make it seem like they are getting a bargain, as if you are worth $100/hour+ but since they're lucky enough to be one of the first clients you've applied to (since you 'just switched over to Upwork') they are getting a professional freelancer for a massively discount price.

Help me optimize my wordpress + woocommerce upwork profile, many thanks

Place yourself in buyer position and rethink about the situation.

buyer always looking for someone who have been already working on up work with good reviews and reputation. so, yeah sometimes paid reviews matters.

but if you are lucky then good luck,
