RANKERX, SEOAUTOPILOT and more are just programs. If you know what you are doing they will work and you wont waste time for things that can be done by them.

Yes, it does, but is it for long term projects? hell no!
If you use it for tier1, you may get results for 1,2 or even 3 years.

But, soon or later google will be much more improved on detecting generated content.
