I want to advertise specific niche.
Is Quora good for spamming.
Is it as good as Reddit?

Quora has a mixed audience of newbies and experienced people. But reddit are for pros only. If you are looking to get targeted traffic, quora is one of them.

Yes its really good and it doesnt has as strict moderation as reddit. But i dont know if it has the same potential.

Both are good. But, Reddit are good more than Quora.
 
Reddit is about engagement, not truth.. at times, merely conversations without any objectives
 
Depends on what you spam, in what quantity, in what context, in your proxies+automation method, and why in the world would you even do it

I see spam affiliate answers sometimes for years some deleted instantly so aging and farming account is a deal now in quora

Just try to burn few accounts till you see the limit
