In Quora you get nofollow link, it will not directly effect in ranking, but with that you can increase your brand awareness and get traffic from your niche related query answers. And it will impact a positive effects in ranking.

Other than brand awareness and traffic from keyword that you are targeting. I dont think so they provide any more value.
