Before anyone signs up to this (which I wont be) please consider the below.
1. This guy make money from all the adverts in your app directly (not a good start).
In created games, when total number of installs will be more then 200 we will create new build with implemented advertising. There will be ads from Admob, Adcolony, Vungle, Tapjoy, Appodeal. All received revenue from ads we spit 30/70 (30% is our profit & 70% goes to developer). Moreover developer can activate IAP & receive profit from Google Play (in this case Google takes 30%).
It is perfect safe, not risky start for all beginners who want to step into apps business. Absolutely no risks with chance to make lifetime profit.
2. he gives you a certain percentage of the ad revenue, what percent is he taking, and don't forget the ad company already took a percentage
As was mention previously we receive 30% of revenue from ads. Ad companies already took a percentage PLUS if look forward, Media Agencies who work with brands took percentage & so on. This is just rules of this business that we couldn't change.
3. You have to market your game for it to earn any money, oh but your are giving the money to this guy, he isn't putting the marketing time and money in yet he is benefiting
IMHO calculating other profit is bad, loosing strategy. To create and support this service we spend lots of resources and this is our risks. Of cause there can be ideal situation when you just have game idea, create game in our builder for FREE, we make all marketing, buy you installs, calculating DAU/MAU and you receive 100% of revenue because you are so unique ;-)
In fact situation is different - you can upload your game in Google Play, and you don't need to spend any money for ads and you game can be popular! Most of our developers working exactly on this model. Concentrate your resources on ASO (make keyword targeted title, description, design sweet screenshots etc)
4. Market for these type of games is already saturated
Absolutely wrong! Our builder support 11 languages. This give opportunity to make highly targeted niche games in local countries. We have a lot of such examples when created in builder games become popular in local markets.
5. some members will ended up with apps being banned cos they did something a little blackhat-ish and google didn't like it, this reflects poorly on the the advertising account this guy uses, if he loses it because of this then no-one gets paid.
This assumption not correct cause we don't work ONLY with google. Plus we have negotiations with AdMob and they agreed it and all games are separate.
Of cause if developer try to scum us or adnetwork - we will easily track it and ban him.
Our builder only for honest people!
6. If its that profitable he should just use his tool for his own gain
Sorry but I don't know 11 languages and don't know all niches in the world.
7. no idea of this guys history, just pops up on Blackhat world of all places
Please look at our service, see games that already in the Android markets.
Our history don't give to you any value.
8. Hire a freelancer for $50 to do such an app, use your own ad account, earn more, cut out the middle man ;-)
We are not middle man - we are partners!
Hiring freelancers - is a risky, long way.
And this not guarantee that you game will be profitable.
However I think the guy is clever, i pitty the fools that sign up ;-)
As I see, all this points are about "why it is not working"
But look at the facts, in our builder already created lots of games and some of them became successful.
Developers got paid & happy.
