It always changes every year. So I would suggest read the reviews about quality of traffic before finalizing one.

I’m thinking of running Google ads as it’s the only platform that I can run with 1€ daily budget, but I don’t know if that is going to bring a lot of traffic and conversions to my cpa link. What do you recommend?

Google ads traffic is the best ads traffic out there but most expensive after linkedin. I don't know if you will get traffic at all with 1€.

Try advertising on Facebook, my clients have had huge sales when advertising on Facebook.

Facebook and all that meta related business suspend my account immediately after I create a new account. Is there any solution? I get that on phone and computer too.

You can start CPA campaigns with Push.House, but the traffic quality will largely depend on your targeting, creatives, and offer niche.
