Is ProxyMillion Good?

I've been using HighProxies to make and run accounts.

I had to get my phone number verified a few times using HighProxies.

Is ProxyMillion as good or better? I see their prices are much cheaper but the site doesn't look as legitimate and I haven't seen too many reviews.

Has anyone used them? Seeing mixed reviews which scares me as the lowest plan is $19/month.
