Is prosper202 not free any more?

I tried to download prosper202 / tracking202 and it seems that you have to pay a monthly fee to access they're service right now.

Or am I mistaken? Can someone please help me get a free tracking software (doesn't matter if it's self hosted or whatever) that I can use to track bad keywords / converting keywords on my Bing campaigns?

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere previously. I did use the search function and didn't find many alternatives to prosper202.
