Guys, Propeller Ads is good to buy Push and Pop traffic for beginners or any other suggestions ?

Don't use it brother. This is not that good.
 
i used them 6 years ago for my blog sites, and got payout every month.
 
as far as I heard many affiliates were not happy with the results. there are many better networks to buy traffic
