is Promo for a channel a good idea ?

Hi, lately I have been checking some services online saying they promote a channel with influencers or with ads so that the channel get views and subscribers quickly, so that the channel can grow quickly.

is it a good idea to hire such services or is it better to let the channel grow without these services ?

You're better off investing the money into your channel directly (editor, thumbnail designer, camera/audio equipment, etc.) and growing the it organically. Those services cost a small fortune and rarely (if ever) work.
 
If they are organic views and you trust their service, you can give it a try.
 
If you believe you have great content, then hell yeah!
My friend started his youtube channel like that, now he has about 3 mil subscribers.
He made a proper promo video and spent about 100$ in adwords to get initial subscribers. From there on, it went by itself

It can be beneficial for some type of channels. Like high paying niche with affiliate links on high margins can make good profit with this.
 
defenetely can help, but as you were previously mentioned could be better if you promote the channel by your own, using ads or social media, the real question is ho much you will have to pay and the benefits you will receive in exchange are garantee too?

It can boost a channel a lot. There was a giveaway channel which got shoutouts from big channels and got about 1 million subscribers before uploading anything.

That's Right, you can boost channel growth by giving shot to influencer marketing and ads.But first need to make sure you have invested enough in your channel.Such as you have high quality and trending content.Additionally you're posting consistently, using right tags,appealing hooks and thumbnails.Otherwise it's not recommended to go for these services, waste of money.
 
Focus on building video content first, make 20 - 30 videos then you can promote the channel thru influencers or ads

Its better to do collab videos to get subscribers and views fast
 
It depends on the service.
Promotion services can be extremely helpful with growing on YouTube, and I used promotion methods when my channel was small to grow an audience.
But you need to be careful on what "YouTube Promotion" services you buy, even if they say organic.
Most of those "Organic" YouTube Promotion services from websites such as Fiverr are actually botted engagement.
Buy from a reputable website, and if possible, from a website that specializes in the kind of content you create.
The best kind of promotion is the kind that is sent directly and only to people who are actually interested in the kind of content you do.

Don't waste your money on such services. They just want your money.
 
If you configure Google Ads effectively, it can help with channel growth as the ads are exposed to viewers interested in relevant topics.

With ads it is possible to grow a channel. But a popular influencer will charge a lot to promote a channel.
