Is problem switching PR5 domain for different niche?

Hi,

I bought a PR5 domain(1 year old) for $100. Domain name has numeric value with 6 characters length. It has real estate niche content with 10K back links and domain authority is 30. I verified the domain reputation, nothing found wrong.

I like to use this domain for health or money niche. So site is going to have entirely different content. Is it make any cause on SEO ranking? What are the impacts when we switch site to different niche? Please advise me.

It may cause a decrease in rankings because all of those back links are probably real estate related.

Not really the best way to do it. Maybe you can flip the domain and buy something from Money/Health niche?

Links and PR still count but you won't see the full potential of the domain after changing the niche.
