Is PPD considered fraud?

Okay so people I know are in disagreement about this and I would like your guys opinion on the matter.

If you offer say, fake gaming keygens or cracks or whatever, on a PPD website, is it illegal?

Aside from the copy written names and images that may be used for the games, but the fact that you are fraudulantly getting them to fill out surveys. In fact, some require phone submits that charge them money, so in essence they are paying for access to your file, which in the end is not fulfilled due to it being fake.

What do you think?

It depends how you twist it. Theres nothing fraud or illegal about offering fake keygens/cracks your just giving them false hope.

Regards to the offer it may not allow cracks or keygens as i know a lot of them dont. But at the end of the locker as long as there is something there for them to have once they have done your locker its not against the offers terms as long as you have stated what there will be at the end and dont say your guaranteed a keygen.. Hope I made sense!

Even if it was considered fraud, I doubt anyone is going to report you over it, other than flagging the video on youtube.

Omg, what am I reading. You need to check up on the meaning of fraud ASAP. If you're going to do fraud, at least understand what the hell you are doing.

Yes you can say its a scam and feds should take action against those lame ppd sites
