Hey guys,

With CPC going up in many niches, is PPC still profitable for you?

Are you running search, display, or social ads mostly?, curious what’s working right now.

ppc is still bank in 2026 but you gotta focus on conversion rate and high quality creatives now, search and pmax are still the kings for me.

Yeah PPC is still profitable for me, but I focus more on social and native ads now because search CPC went high.
Search still works but only with tight targeting and strong funnels.

Yes, PPC is still worth it in 2026 if you target the right audience and optimize your ads regularly for conversions.

Search is working best for me when the intent is strong, and tracking is tight. Display is hit or miss unless you really know your audience. Social can work, but creative and testing matter way more now with higher CPCs.

Honestly, margins are thinner, so optimisation and backend (AOV, upsells, retention) make the difference.

Yes, but only if your margins are good and you track data properly, otherwise it gets expensive fast.

Yes, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) is still worth it in 2026, but its effectiveness depends on strategy and niche. With rising competition and AI-driven ad optimization, businesses can get highly targeted traffic, measurable ROI, and immediate visibility if campaigns are well-managed. Combining PPC with SEO, retargeting, and data-driven audience insights ensures it remains a powerful tool for both brand growth and sales conversion.

It's an intriguing subject because ad prices change over time, so the key to getting good results is to find the proper balance between cost and targeting. A lot of people are still getting good results from their search, display, or social advertisements, as long as they are optimized and watched properly.

Building on the idea of search ads having the best ROI due to high intent, I've found that adding negative keywords can boost ROI by an average of 27% within the first 6 weeks of campaign optimization. Focusing on long-tail keywords with lower competition also helps, with one of my recent campaigns achieving a 42% increase in conversions at a 25% lower CPC by targeting more specific phrases. The key is to continuously monitor and refine ad targeting to ensure the highest possible intent match, which is where regular data analysis and ad creative testing come into play. One of my test campaigns saw a 19% lift in conversions by simply rotating ad creatives every 2 weeks to keep the messaging fresh and relevant.

ppc is still king for speed but man these cpcs are getting out of hand lol. i mostly run search ads to catch high intent buyers and use meta for retargeting, seems like the only way to stay profitable now. you tried youtube ads? cpc there is sometimes cheaper if ur creatives arr good.

Yes PPC is still worth it in 2026 if you focus on good tracking, niche selection and testing, but don’t expect easy wins without optimization.

Yeah PPC is still worth it in 2026 if you focus on testing, strong offers and proper tracking instead of hoping for quick easy wins.

tbh CPC and PPC is only the kind of measure, you can test both of them to see the result.

But I think PPC is better in many case cuz it measure deeper (except you run on GH or BH).

True. I’ve noticed small tweaks in targeting can change everything. What niche are you seeing the best results in?

Good point. Finding that balance is really the main game now. Are you seeing better performance from search or social lately?

Are you testing multiple creatives at once or scaling one winner slowly?

PPC still works in 2026 — if you focus on high-intent search + smart retargeting. It’s not about cheap clicks, it’s about better conversions.

Yes, PPC is still worth it in 2026 if you focus on high intent keywords and constantly optimize campaigns. The competition is higher now, so testing and good tracking are more important.

For me it still works, but you really need good targeting and constant testing now. I mostly see better results from search ads compared to display.
