But consistency matters more than just volume
If you can maintain quality, even 2–3 well-made videos per week can drive growth
Focus on audience retention and valuable content over just frequency

In fact, it does work if they're well edited and with a good content plan, but it's hard to sustain over time. You can post at least 3 times a week without losing quality.

I usually post 2–4 videos a week — enough to stay active in the algorithm without sacrificing editing, titles, or ideas. That balance has worked better for steady growth than rushing to post every single day
