Is possible to reduce Citation Flow?

What's the point? I had a nice 21 TF website with CF 17 until some fuckwit started blasting it with spam links. Now its CF30 ,but it hasn't affected my Google rankings. These are just 3rd party metrics, don't take them so seriously. It doesn't change even if the links drop off or get removed.

May I take this opportunity to tell you that your logic is flawless. Now there's going to be some people who comment below me that tell you otherwise but don't you listen to them OP, you keep reducing a 3rd party metric that's largely meaningless to rankings.
Now you may have noticed that the citation flow is being increased by links, links with citation flow themselves. Well you just go ahead and disavow those links, in fact, disavow all links that you see, any links with citation flow and you'll get it as close to 0 and that all important ratio will be yours! Next up you'll want to increase your PR (don't let them tell you it's not updated anymore), bring down your DA and PA, boost your Alexa score, rank in the Majestic and Ahrefs Million and get a good SEM Rush score...after all that, you may want to rank your website but lets not get ahead of ourselves.

I dont have high google rankings, I lost most of my traffic in 2012 and is being hard to recover...

Ah see now I feel like a dick...what I was getting at is, the TF/CF ratio makes zero difference to anything ranking wise. Forget 3rd party metrics. Don't disavow anything, not only that but disavowing won't effect the ratio, it's done via webmasters which has no bearing on anything Majestic does.
Just keep doing your thing and pay attention to rankings rather than numbers, numbers and metrics can be a helpful guide when looking at a domain but they don't actually do anything, so there's no point trying to reduce or increase them.
