I believe we have "Obscenity Laws" and those would make advertising pornography illegal. So yes, maybe not jail if you do it one time, but you can expect a lawsuit or massive fees at the least.

This method is almost dead. Big sites are deleting even old videos or directly dont accept new uploads.
And probably uploading to small sites dont worth the time.

It still works

But no one will tell you where to upload videos. You should make an effort to find such sites yourself. Find sites where videos get good views (500-1000 for one video will be enough)
 
not works , waste of time... during one year daily work - results 300 uniques for google and 0,10 cents profit per day
