I don't think so. I've used it before and got result; of course, I would say that it's not your best bet to buy traffic. It's not all bot traffic, but let’s be real, it’s a super cheap ad network, so bot traffic is definitely part of the equation. Like with most low-cost networks, you’ll get a mix of real users and some sketchy traffic, depending on the targeting and the source. If you’re looking for high-quality, super-engaged traffic, it’s probably not the right platform for you. I tried like 8 networks and they were far the worst one, terrible traffic.
