is poll landing page still work?

I want to ask some details of landing page, I install the wp quick poll plugin.
can I add offer link to poll landing page directly?
or should I redirect the link to fake the referer ?

Then embed it onto a landing page with a link to your email submit.

it cost me $70 to test poll pages but convert is zero. what's wrong? what's my problem?
