Hey peeps!

I've got a 1000$ that I am willing to risk, POD popped up in my mind! I've been thinking if is it worth it to have a Teespring store and invest all my money on FB ads?

Do you think is it worth it?

Which niche would you recommend?

Graçias!

POD as a marketer's goldmine opportunity isn't profitable like how it was in the 2014-2017 period. POD has a graphic / fashion designer / influencer's distribution channel is profitable - but only in the long run. 6 months to a year worth of struggle for brand building. I don't think as marketers we have this kind of patience.

Be careful with the 1000$ my friend.

Thanks for your feedback pals!

I wouldn't dive into POD with $1k if i was in your shoes. If you're considering Instagram as prime traffic source, you'd have to experiment a lot to see what converts (And at all times). Buy well tailored accounts which has potential to set up stores. Grow them out (And earn via shoutouts alongside).

Isnt POD like dropshipping though, so you wouldnt need to spend anything until someone actually buys?

Better to invest the $1000 in good designs.

Build out designs across POD markets that bring own traffic and once you start hitting 300-1000 designs you'll get some decent passive income.

Don't waste money on facebook ads unless you are running your own store (Shopify, woocommerce).

And don't post where they charge for listings, like Etsy, until you are generating revenue.

Yes, many people are still making money on POD. You just have to create good designs and target the right audience to make it work.

I suggest to invest in getting good quality designs and using premium tools for finding trending keywords and for automate uploading your desings to many platforms.

Request also a Merch By Amazon account and start upload there, since they have traffic and they have customers.

Good luck.
